Appointment Retainer, Late Fees & Cancellation Fees:

• Upon your appointment, a deposit is required to keep your scheduled date secured. If no payment is made prior to your appointment, it will be cancelled. Deposits vary based on the service you're requesting. The higher the service cost, the higher the deposit that needs to be made. Deposits are NOT refundable.

• If a client books an appointment & no shows, the deposit will be made as cancellation fee. I know things happen, but my time is very valuable & other clients may have needed my services at the time you booked.

• Cancellation fees will not apply if you reschedule, but I ask you do so with a 2 day notice out of courtesy.

Before your appointment:

• Please do your best to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This gives us a few extra minutes to discuss your needs & skin type to prepare.

• Please wash & exfoliate as this part of skin prep is very important prior to makeup application & how it lasts.

• Avoid using any makeup or product the day of your appointment. 

• Please base your clothing on what you plan on wearing for the day, your event, etc. This is important to properly match your skin tone & it gives me knowledge of how far down I need to place makeup (such as a glow on collarbones & cleavage for v-cut shirts, dresses, etc)

During your appointment:

• Please refrain from any guests during service unless this is a house call. If guests are a must, let me know how many & I will do my best to accommodate. Guests can be a distraction & add on more time.

• During the makeup application, it is best you stay still, legs are uncrossed & you talk minimally. The more you talk, the longer the appointment is & the harder it is for me to apply your makeup in the right locations. Believe me, I am so a talker, but it is important to do the best of my ability for you! It may help to bring headphones to listen to a book, podcast or your favorite music, but there will be music provided by me aloud.
